Acceptance
By installing or using Interval Timer, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Using the app
Interval Timer provides timing, sound, voice, and vibration cues for workouts and other repeating activities. MKG Software ApS grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the app for lawful purposes. You are responsible for choosing appropriate intervals and using the app safely.
Advertising and rewards
The free app may display advertising. Two custom timers can be saved without watching a rewarded ad. Each additional saved custom timer may require completion of a separate rewarded ad. Ad availability is not guaranteed, and a reward is granted only after the advertising provider confirms completion.
Not medical advice
The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, coaching, or guaranteed fitness results. Stop exercising and seek qualified advice if you have health concerns.
Availability and limitation of liability
The app is provided on an “as available” basis. Device settings, battery restrictions, audio routes, notification permissions, operating-system behavior, and third-party services can affect alerts or availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MKG Software ApS is not liable for losses caused by missed cues, interrupted timers, device failure, or use of the app. Do not rely on the app for safety-critical or emergency timing.
Intellectual property
The app, its branding, interface, and original content are owned by MKG Software ApS or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence.
Changes and contact
